I’m currently building a new startup and occasionally teaching companies how to use AI tools (contact Countline if you’re interested). On this website, you will find the work I’ve done so far.

Marketing @ AeroTime & AviationCV

2022.10 - 2023.09

It’s an aviation media startup with two products: a news website and a job board. During my time there, I was in charge of all digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, CRO, and Email). I managed a small in-house marketing team and a few agencies. Together, we worked on registered user acquisition, B2B lead generation, traffic acquisition, and the development and growth of a 200k newsletter audience. In less than a year, we went from 1.8M monthly users to 3.6M. I contributed to many other KPIs, but those are confidential.

Co-Founder @ Auk Sveikai

2022.02 - 2023.08

It’s a health media startup that I founded with two co-founders (who are both mothers and doctors). Our main product was a free newsletter for new mothers. Every week, all mothers received a completely personalized newsletter based on their child’s age, from the first month of pregnancy until two years old. Each newsletter consisted of relevant health advice for mothers and their babies. In just a couple of months, we gained 3000+ subscribers. Our average subscriber acquisition cost was below 0.09€, and our conversion rate was over 40%. The startup failed because we couldn’t monetize the newsletter effectively enough. For all team members, this was a side project, so there was also a lack of energy to pivot and look for better monetization opportunities.

Marketing @ GabiKami

2021.05 - 2022.04

It’s a boutique beauty studio based in Vilnius, Lithuania. I designed and developed the brand, website, and all main customer acquisition channels. In one year, I set everything up and handed it over to the studio owner. Main KPIs reached: 17:1 ROAS, 8% conversion rate.

Founder @ Rela Records

2016.01 - 2018.05

It’s a Lithuanian record label focused on music videos. I founded this business when I was 16 years old. We filmed and published music videos for local hip hop artists. In just a couple of years, the YouTube channel went from 0 to 3.5 million views. It was a great way for me to learn how to manage people and multiple projects at the time. Ultimately, I enjoyed the business and marketing aspects much more than the music, so I decided to pivot.
